The purpose of this note is to thank you for the unusual response by your company when I told you (in passing) that I had some nail pops in my bathroom. Steve (Noll) came over and patched the cosmetic problems, then came back the next day and painted. Since I bought my house in 1988, this response (ed: 9 years after completion) by you and Steve was definitely "beyond the call of duty". I think this approach to your customers is one major factor that causes Shelter Alternatives to be in very high demand.
